Powder Brows are meant to create a diffused powder look much like make up. 

They are also known as "ombre brows, soft powder"

They do not incorporate hair strokes but adds a base color giving the brow fuller more defined look. This technique is ideal for all skin types, oily skin retains powder better then regular microblading.
